Spanish omelet.

Hello, today I'm going to talk about a typical Spanish recipe. The spanish omelette, is a simple dish that can be used when you have guests in your house and you can take more than a pinch.

Ingredients: 120g soaked Potato, egg, oil, onion soaking 20g
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices and leave to soak for 24 hours changing the water. When you are ready to make the omelet set to heat oil in a nonstick skillet, add the potatoes and the onion and fry over low heat. You can crumble  the potato with the skimmer as it moves as you prefer.
Remove potatoes from heat when browned. It is important that the oil drain in a colander or on a plate with paper towels.
Beat egg and add the potatoes with the onion and mix well. Prepare the skillet again on fire with a teaspoon of oil covering the bottom of the skillet. Add the egg and potatoes mixture. Move skillfully shaking the skillet so the omelet does not stick. When curd is perceived as being a cover is placed over and turns the tables. You may turn until brown on both sides to taste.
