Potassium 2

Ways to reduce the potassium in the fruit is consumed as follows:
  •  In syrup is reduced to 50%, without taking the juice.
  • Baked, removing the skin before eating.
  • Jams and compotes.      
The juices should not be taken because they contain more than one piece of fruit per juice. They should not use the juice market.
The nuts are not recommended because of its high potassium content, as well as foods that contain them.

Legumes are high in potassium. It is advised not to take them. If it does, it is in the least amount possible and only occasionally.
Rice and pasta should be well drained after boiling to remove potassium and water.
