Potassium

Potassium is a substance found in all foods and their intake can not be eliminated completely. Potassium directly influences the proper functioning of your heart. An increase in blood may result in cardiac arrest. The maximum daily potassium intake should be 1,500 to 2,000 milligrams. Below we explain how to reduce it in the flesh. In subsequent posts I will explain how to reduce it from other foods.

Boiled meats lose 50% potassium, discarding the cooking water.
Presented in stews or sauces, without consuming the juice, also be taken.
Roast in the oven do not reduce the potassium they contain, and fried meats lose water but not potassium.
The boiled fish lost 50% potassium.
If the presentation is in a sauce, can be taken, but without consuming the sauce.
Baked and roasted, they lose potassium, and fry it loses water but not potassium.
In the case of shellfish, should monitor the amount (by weight) taken in each intake
