Soup recipe.

Winter is coming and it is the time of hot dishes. Here you have a recipe to make soup and stew for renal patients.

Ingredients: 40 g of double-baked chickpea, 20 grams of beef, 10 g fat, 80 g of double-baked cabbage, 40 g of double-fired leeks, 40 g of double-baked carrot, 30 g of double-baked turnip, 20 g chicken leg, 50 g of double-baked potato, oil and noodles.

The day before, put the chickpeas to soak in warm water changing the water every so often. Perform the double firing.
In a large pot, put plenty of water with meat, chicken legs and fat. It gets to warm and when it starts to boil, put the drained chickpeas. Once it begins to boil low the heat. The stew has boiled for three hours removing the foam.
Half an hour before finishing, add the vegetables that have been done before the double firing. Once the cooked, the broth is separated as needed for the soup, leaving some in the pot for the rest of the stew is not cool and dry. Noodles are added to the broth and leave to cook for about 15 minutes.
