Spicy shrimps.

In these christmas days  one of the  main dishes served is seafood. Here you have a recipe for spicy shrimps.

Ingredients: 375 grams of shrimp headless and shelled. 60 grams of chopped onion, 270 grams of tomatoes, 15 grams of chopped cilantro, 3/4 teaspoons turmeric, 3/4 teaspoons fresh ginger, 3/4 teaspoons chili powder 6 cloves crushed garlic and oil.

Place the shrimp in a bowl. Add the turmeric and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. In a skillet, heat oil and saute the onion, garlic, ginger and chile powder. Then add the shrimps, tomatoes and cilantro and begin to simmer adding water little by little. Simmer for 15 minutes. We have an original and healthy shrimp dish .
